This book is for anyone and everyone who wants to live. Whether you are an athlete or seeking to lose 200 pounds, this book is meant for you.
The word “chai” in Hebrew literally means “life.” Living the “Chai” Life in the realm of these chapters will follow that Hebrew translation, in the sense that living a Chai Life means living a true life, a real life, and no life is true without happiness. But in the modern world where happiness isn’t always right in front of our noses, it can be hard for some to lead a “chai” life, a real life, because happiness eludes them.
Good health is key to leading a happy, true, Chai life, and it is possible for everyone to have good health if you take your steps in the right direction. Living life to the fullest means something different to everyone – different things make different people happy. But one fact will always stand: good health is the greatest wealth a person can have, and with good health you can achieve all that makes you happiest.
It is impossible to live a truly happy life if you are unhealthy. And what life is real and whole without happiness?
Choose to be healthy
Choose Chai.
Choose life.
Don’t lose your chai life. Hold on.
